Are product refills available?
We are delighted to hear you support our efforts of reducing our ecological footprint. In the near future, you will be able to purchase product refills in different sizes for both our bath and shower essentials.
After you have run out of a product, all our packaging can be reused. Reuse our recycled plastic and glass bottles as a stylish vase and give our luxury keepsake boxes a second life by storing all sorts of personal belongings in them.
Does Laurette offer corporate gifts?

Every product, over 50 in total, is crafted in Europe, vegan, and cruelty-free.
In which markets is Laurette available?
The Laurette Group consists of several industry-leading brands which are active in different parts of the world.
Some of the markets include the United States of America, The United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany.
Is Laurette exclusively available at pharmacies?
Our Laurette Pharma products are indeed exclusively available at certified pharmacies.
However, classic Laurette Beauty products are available at other points of sale such as beauty salons or wellness centers.

Why choose expensive essential oils instead of cheap perfume?
Essential oils are nature’s purest creation. They are directly extracted from the plant (e.g. lavender) or from the fruit (e.g. bergamot) itself. They are very concentrated and 100% natural.
Why did we use essential oils to scent our products? Transparency. When you look at our ingredient list, you will exactly know what’s inside our products. We do not use synthetic fragrances such as parfum since many chemical components fall under this category and may cause severe irritation to your skin. We stay clear of synthetic fragrances and choose natural alternatives.
In using these precious materials, we distinguish ourselves from other brands that do not aim to deliver excellent quality.
Sustainability
Is Laurette 100% natural?
Yes! Our engineers and scientists pushed the boundaries and developed all-natural products. Even our preservatives are made from compounds that naturally occur in nature. Our products are also readily biodegradable by OECD standards.
Is Laurette cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely, all our products are both cruelty-free and vegan. We formulated our products with plant-based alternatives to replace materials such as honey, carmine or lanolin.
Furthermore, we do not sell our products to countries where animal testing is required by law and do not allow third-party partners to conduct testing on animals.
How does Laurette contribute to the environment?
Sustainability is one of our core values. We are passionate about the well-being of our planet and are taking many steps to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible.
We use 100% recycled plastic and glass for our bottles. All our luxury keepsake boxes and packaging are made from FSC-certified sources to ensure our planet’s natural resources are preserved for generations to come.
